I am an obsessive pinner. I wake up pinning. I go to bed pinning. I pin sporadically throughout my day. It has become an invaluable creative tool, but like any good thing I had to learn to pin in moderation. What sense was it making to collect so many fantastic resources and never use them? Sometimes I think I risk overstimulation. So, I've decided to step away once a week and actually make something--a meal, a craft, a dress, and take my board of writing tips seriously...

Illustration & Individuality
I had a job interview recently and I shopped for hours literally. Though I didn't mind, I couldn't find the look that I was going for -- smart, responsible, artistic, and creative. This illustration was the beginning of my desire to start sewing full-time. There isn't enough variety or individuality in the marketplace to suit my taste...
